Compassion

I create a loving space that allows clients to tackle issues without fear of judgment, encouraging healing and growth. I focus on creating a space that acknowledges my client’s experiences at every stage of life, helping them feel recognized and validated. With compassion, we break down barriers that silence individuals and help them take back their stories. We respect each person’s unique challenges, fostering resilience and self-acceptance.

Skills-based

I teach easy to use skills to help manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. Therapy is mostly about developing skills and I would love to help you learn ways to maintain regulation and relaxation.
